A clarification on this point. The bus will NOT be leaving from in front
of the check-in (aka registration) area. Those buses are for going back
to the university and into the city on their usual loop.

The bus for the Astronomy miniconf *will be leaving from the main
turning circle at the base of the tower* outside of the hotel reception.
