    A clarification on this point. The bus will NOT be leaving from in

    front of the check-in (aka registration) area. Those buses are for

    going back to the university and into the city on their usual loop.<br>

    The bus for the Astronomy miniconf <b>will be leaving from the main

      turning circle at the base of the tower</b> outside of the hotel

    reception.<br>
