[Chat] LCA first timers guide

Last year the LCA2016 Geelong crew, of which I was totes proud to be a
part of, all got kick-ass Crumpler gear (thanks, David Bell!)

The LCA2012 Ballarat crew (also super totes proud) got telescopes - the
theme was 'LCA under the stars'.

Beats a gender-specific bunch of flowers any day!

Agree with Hannah, this sentence should be iterated upon :-)
