[Chat] Newcomer's venue, early check-in and Sunday transport

Hi,

Can someone at least point me in the right direction. I'll be attending
the Newcomer's welcoming session at 16:00 on Sunday 15th, and I might as
well collect my badge (programme says from 14:00). The venue for both
early badge collection and the Newcomer's welcoming session are to be
confirmed. I wanted to know if transport would be possible from the Uni
to the venue for Sunday, and if the venue is yet confirmed?
