[Chat] Update on lightning talk slides

Hi everyone,

Those doing lightning talks - I have updated the info page on the wiki 
https://linux.conf.au/wiki/conference/lightning_talks/

Essentially you will be doing the slideshow from YOUR OWN laptop and not 
sending the slides to us. The lightning talk speakers will alternate 
between the two lecterns on the state in the Plenary hall, so while a 
lightning talk is in progress the next speaker will have that time to 
set up their laptop and have it ready to go.
