A question was asked about ways to get people to understand that
documenting in MSWord is not always the most advanced approach available.

A very small online tool that can help with this is:
https://word-to-markdown.herokuapp.com

That can allow you to write in MSWord and achieve a lightweight conversion
to MarkDown. This can mean you write for the boss in MSWord and create a
personal duplicate in MarkDown.

I've had success with showing people my personal copy in parallel which can
'sell' the advantages in a concrete way (Show don't Tell and all that).
