[Chat] Running Bof Monday morning

As discussed, a short run tomorrow to get the Running BoF started and still
make it to PDNS for those who need to.

06:00am at the joining point of College Rd and French St (where the entry to
tge student accom climb comes in from Churchill Ave), we will run down
through the uni to Wrest point (the sea) and then back via a st next to the
uni. With the climb back up to accom this should get us a nice (though
hilly) 5km and will get the week started for running BoF.

Also allowing time to shower and gt to PDNS.
