[Chat] speakers not included in ics schedule file

We had a couple of pull requests submitted today that fixed a few things 
with the ICS file (thanks to James Polley for sending them our way).

If you grab a new version of the ics file now you should see some 
speaker details on the proposal as well as slots that had no name or 
description should now be fixed.
