[Chat] Conference iCal Feed

I just did the thing with this thing, and its missing the PDNS breakfast.
Is it intended that social events not be in the ICS?

(Also, the LA AGM is missing, and the Github patchwork thing is listed as
"no title", which sounds super compelling).
